I lead quality assurance as VP of Quality Assurance at Jotform, based in Ankara, Turkey.
I build and scale quality and engineering organizations. My career started in aerospace and defense software testing, and grew into leading quality at product companies. Today I'm VP of Quality Assurance at Jotform, where I focus on test automation, AI testing, quality engineering, and accessibility.
My expertise is building quality into how products are made: clear test strategy, reliable test automation and the infrastructure behind it, and accessibility as a starting point rather than a final check. I'm now helping QA teams adopt AI in their everyday testing work. Before my current role I was Director of Product Quality at Jotform and an Engineering Manager at Getir, and earlier I published research on test effort estimation based on test metrics.
Most importantly, I care about building strong teams. At Jotform I lead the AI Enablement, Quality Engineering, Test Automation, Automation Infrastructure, and Accessibility teams. I also give back to the testing community, having served on the program committees of Live2Test and Ankara Testing Days.
